Canadian Real Estate magazine is proud to welcome Garth Ellis, president of Ellis Mortgages Canada, onto its panel of judges for the 2011 West Coast Top Investors Awards.

Garth Ellis has been an influential leader in the Canadian mortgage industry for over 19 years.

Early in Garth's career, he was consistently recognized as one of Canada's most profitable and highest producing individual mortgage agents. Garth has since expanded his practice and is now the President of VERICO Ellis Mortgages Canada.

Under Garth's direction, VERICO Ellis Mortgages Canada has been recognized for a wide variety of industry contribution awards. In addition, Garth Ellis and his firm received the very first Canadian Broker of the Year Award in 2007 and the distinguished CMP Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.

Nomination Process

To qualify as a nominee, select the appropriate category, and submit details where prompted. Our panel of expert judges will carefully review all submissions. The finalists will then be shortlisted and, ultimately, the winners announced at the Investor Forum in Vancouver on Nov. 12.

All submissions will be put in a draw for a chance to win up to $5,000 in investment tools and prizes and a VIP delegate pass to the InvestorForum, which includes access to the VIP lunch and the Top Investor Awards reception.

Also, each of the winners from the five categories will be profiled in CRE Magazine.
